Encrypted Payments

Every deposit and withdrawal is encrypted using TLS 1.2 before it reaches our payment partner. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are also verified by the payment provider's own security checks.

Session Cookies

When you log in, we store a session cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Cookies do not contain your payment details. You can clear cookies in your browser settings or log out manually from the Account menu.

Account Access Log

Your login history is visible in Account > Security. You can see device type, IP address and timestamp for every successful login from the last 90 days. Report unfamiliar logins immediately.

Data Retention

Account and payment records are stored for five years after closure to comply with Indonesian financial reporting. Personal data is anonymised after that period unless legal holds apply. You can request deletion under limited circumstances.

Change Your Details

Edit your email, phone number or account name via Account > Personal Details. Changes are logged and take effect immediately. If you forget your password, reset it via the login page; we'll send a verification code to your email.

Report a Problem

Suspected fraud, unauthorised charges or data breaches should be reported to [email protected] immediately. We investigate within 72 hours and notify you of findings by email.

You can request permanent closure via Account > Settings > Close Account. Your balance must be withdrawn first. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Your data will be retained for five years for legal and financial compliance.

Yes. Go to Wallet > Transaction History to view every deposit and withdrawal from the last 24 months, including payment method, amount, timestamp and status. Older records are available on request from support.

Submit a data access request via Account > Legal & Privacy. Include your account email and ID number. We'll send a complete file of your account data, payment records and login history within 10 business days.

Yes, both can be updated in Account > Personal Details. You'll receive a verification code to the new email or phone. The change takes effect once you confirm. Keep this updated so you can reset passwords and receive withdrawal notifications.
